Josh Penman is one of AFP’s business development directors and is responsible for developing and maintaining vendor and customer relationships. Josh has been an integral part of AFP’s expansion and growth since 2012. His innovation, charisma, and knowledge of the industry have fostered trusting and fruitful business relationships. Josh is especially active in the Stone and Spray Foam Industries. What sets Josh apart is he is always working. He recently came home from vacation and had his wife drive so he could work from the car, this type of dedication is what endears his customers to him!
Originally from Hudson, Wisconsin, Josh developed his leadership skills at a young age by being involved in football, wrestling, and baseball in high school. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Finance at St. Cloud State University. Since then, he has worked as an account manager in the commercial finance business for 19 years. He has a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills.
Josh and his wife Danyel have three kids, Alivia, Alayna, and Luke. Alivia is starting 6th grade soon and loves to play soccer and hockey. Luke just graduated from preschool and is about to enter kindergarten. He plays hockey and baseball with his dad as a coach. Alayna is four and loves to dance. Josh spends his free time coaching his kids in baseball, football, and soccer. He doesn’t have too much free time with three kids, but he also enjoys family vacations, fishing, and playing sports.
Josh is an important member of AFP’s team because of his charisma, enthusiasm, and expertise in the niche markets he serves. AFP is fortunate to have someone as passionate and hard working as Josh on our team!
