Our Process > Credit and Documentation

Step 1
Customer fills out and submits the AFP online lease application. Customers can also request a hard copy and fill out, sign and fax the application to 866-237-5204.

Step 2
Upon receipt of the application, American Financial Partners will contact you and your customer and begin the application review process. Within hours, you will be contacted with a decision or a request for additional information.

Step 3
Upon approval of the application, American Financial Partners will send the customer the necessary documents for signature to initiate the lease.

Step 4
Once we receive the signed documents and ensure customer satisfaction, you will be issued payment for the equipment. Pre-funding is also available.
